This Live Wallpaper app allows you to make the eges of your Galaxy Note 7 glow!You can choose any main color and a background color.
There are a few other settings like edge width, speed and sharpness.
You can also pick "Wallpaper Only" mode to set the Live Wallpaper into still Wallpaper Only mode.
